Refund policy
At Synomistry, all products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

A refund, depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
